Any way for me to look up one of my older listings from January of this year?
I have the auction number (it went unsold) but when I punch it in it cannot find it. Is there a way to look this up??
Thanks-

That is the logical path, but it is easier said than done.
TWICE in the last five-years, I have prepared financial statements for
guys divorcing pirates. TWICE, EBAY has emailed me the instructions
on how to find comprehensive transaction details; BOTH times I have
accidentally deleted the instructions.
The correct path is located inside of the activity control panel. (I simply
cannot recall how to do it.)
Once you are in the right place, you can see EVERY transaction buy/sell
that you have engaged in since about the time you became a member.
Listing records, sold/unsold/fees/credits can also be found in the same panel.
Call EBAY and get a supervisor-monkey to email you some instructions.
It may take several supers until you find one who knows the path.
...........
Another path to go backwards is, sometimes, goofbay.com.
For unsold items:
Set it on USA.
Enter user ID in sales; set for max time period; select
show "unsold;" hit enter.
While the max back is 120-days, the load usually goes back
much further AND often includes most/many unsold items.
For bought items:
The same routine can be run on feedback and buying fields.
There is a really good chance an ancient transaction will be
in the mix; possibly in FB, if not in buy.
If an item picture appears in the list, the actual listing is
somewhere in the goofbay pile. If you can get them on
the phone AND offer a contribution, they are pleasant
and helpful.

About 6-years ago, I offered toolhaus a BIG contribution
if they could retrieve a buying/selling history on one of my
own accounts. They were unable to do it; that is when I
first learned of EBAY's "beginning of the world" records.

Also, folks using TL - or another listing tool - will find their
ancient listings inside the spread sheet.

I haven't been able to get goofbay to work for purchases in quite some time. It only brings up BIN's.
