PC/Photobucket help please

I posted this last week ... tried a few things ... but still no luck.

MY friggin PC is not allowing me to upload anything onto Photobucket ... wondering if it has anything to do with FIREFOX? However, I have been using FF for the past year and have had NO problems! THUS the reason I have not been able to keep my TTM thread updated. In addition, I just tried clicking Google Earth on my desktop along with another "real estate finder" and both times it said it could not connect.

Do you use a firewall such as Zone Alarm?? I've found that it can have certain websites flagged as being ones you don't want to connect to. This doesn't sound like your problem, but something similar may be happening??

Mike ... I don't think so ... I have not added (at least not intentionally ... lol) any programs recently. That damn photobucket worked GREAT for over one year ... now it wont. Oh well ... I'll keep looking for solutions. Thanks for the reply.

Contact Photobucket support as they tend to be very helpful.

I had an issue where I couldn't do anything (Firefox/Internet Explorer). After several emails with support they found the problem occurred during one of their updates to the site and that they said I wouldn't be able to gain access to my account. But they had a solution in that they said for me to open another account and after doing that they would move my files to the new account. Couple days after they moved my files they contacted me and said to try the old account as they thought they had the problem fixed and turned out they did so now I have to accounts with all the same junk in it.
