1962 Quarter "B" Reverse, Proof or Unc?

I found a 1962 quarter which definitely has the B reverse. My only question is, how can i tell if is a Proof or Unirculated coin?

If the coin hasn't been circulated, the proof will show mirrored surfaces and exceptional detail. A business strike will not be mirrored, and will have a frosty appearance. The edges of the proof will be sharp.
If it's a circulated proof, you should see some signs of the original mirrored surfaces, even on a well-circulated coin. The detail, especially the letters and numbers will be much more crisp than on a comparable circulated coin.
I looked at the ebay 1959 one and I don't know from the pix. But wouldn't you think they would at least show the reverse when trying to sell a type B?
