buyers paid for their cards today but paypal is holding my funds.i have not had this happen before,have any of you?

    How much feedback do you have on ebay? I have heard of them holding funds if your feedback is fairly low and the dollar amount of the transaction is high. They release as soon as buyer posts positive feedback.

    184 with 100% feedback and its only about 11.00 dollars.

    The hold could be due to an issue with the buyer.


    PP can hold funds for any "reason."


    Generally, if your account was opened before Jan 2007,
    the hold will not be invoked UNLESS you sell in a high-risk
    category. (Electronics, designer fashion.)

    Ship the item, if the PP ticket instructs you to.
