Ebay Privacy Question re: completed Auctions

Is there a method to make complete items private in your feedback profile? Both sold and purchased. For example, comments can remain, but I'd like to take the link away to the items and make that "private" instead. I've seen this done before, but I can't determine how to do it on Ebay.
