Another Newbie in the shark tank

Hey guys,
I just wanted to start by saying hey and introducing myself. My name is Heath and I am from Charleston SC. My son and I got into coin collecting about a year ago and have recently moved over into registry collecting. Our main focus is Lincoln proofs. I have read both books and online to continue educating myself.
My son is actually the one who got us into collecting. He is only 10 but has always been very very interested in coins. I have grown to really enjoy both collecting, learning, and spending quality time with my sone.
I have lurked around the forum for some time and am a member of one other forum. Yalls knowledge has been awesome and I have learned so much just reading your posts.
I decided to go ahead and join the forum since I know have a registry set going and also joined coin facts. I look forward to continue learning from yall and hope I can contribute as much as yall have helped me in the forum.
Thanks,
Heath

Coin collecting is the only hobby were you can spend all your money collecting them but you will never be broke

Ignore those folks making faces behind the curtain!
We cannot control them despite numerous efforts.
The name is LEE!
Edited to add: These forums are a free education in all aspects of coin collecting,
there's a huge amount of knowledge here that these folks unselfishly give for the benefit of the hobby, enjoy!
I did edit mine before I saw this....

There's a lot to learn here----and it's all FREE! But, sometimes you have to have thick skin.

It was the only avatar that the forum would allow me to put on when I started and I have not been able to change it yet. ( or figure out how to change it)
