collectors universe vs. division of collectors universe

on the back side of psa slabs some say collecors universe some say a division of collectors universe and others say a collectors universe company. what is the difference between them, were these simply graded at a different time or place? is one considered more collectible/valuable than the other?

Not really. Just graded during different evolutions of the PSA slab/label. There are a few that believe that label a is slightly better then label b, and vice versa, but the different in the auction price on your Ryan RC PSA 8 will have more to do with eye appeal, then label period.
