PSA 10 VS BGS 9.5 Auto 10

Which one has more upside or value? Take for granted that their are no BGS 10's and only 2 PSA 10's?

And the player is who, exactly? Some modern may fetch more in BGS, but some in PSA. I think the card and player matter here.
Looking for rare Randy Moss rookies and autos, as well as '97 PMG Red Football cards for my set.

Look at the subgrades. If the BGS 9.5 has any 9 subs, then go with a PSA 10.

BGS 9.5 typically crosses over to an "Evidence of Trimming"...
or is that SGC?
