1969 Topps Baseball Insert Issue Question ?

I know we have a few guys here that really know the 1969 Topps Baseball issue inside and out.
Can anyone tell me what series the deckle inserts came in and what series the decals made their appearence?
As a kid, I seem to remember the decals coming in the later series packs although my memory might be a bit hazy
on this.
Any help with this is really appreciated.

3rd series and possibly the 4th, for the deckles. The decals the 5th and maybe the 6th.

my (PSA) 2nd series pack advertises a magic rub off which would be the decal.

I've seen 3rd series packs (Jackson series) advertise autographs pics which would be the deckle edge cards.

This would be my best educated guess, to the moment:

1rst Series ..... No Insert
2nd Series ..... Deckles
3rd Series ...... Deckles
4th Series ...... . Decals
5th Series ...... . No Insert
6th Series ...... . No Insert
7th Series ...... No Insert
