Interesting to note that most outlets are making it a point to call it a brain hemorrhage to avoid opening up the inevitable comments that he died from a series of Diff'rent Strokes.
Very sad life, though. After overcoming the kidney issues that nearly killed him as an infant to stardom as a pre-teen, then turning his life into a TMZ mini-series the last few years. Still, too early for anyone to go . . .
People laugh at him, but 42 is way too young for anyone.
He seemed a lot more mellow in the 90's, before surreal life and tmz. I remember he was on E! in 1996 or 98, he bought a big yellow H1 Hummer. This was way before he turned his life into a tmz mini series. Didnt he own an arcade? And he was into model trains for awhile. Seems like he never found himself after 2000.
The original report when he went to the hospital was that he fell and landed on his head. This was on the Fox News web site. Who knows why this item disappered from all the news reports today.

There was "severe trauma" to his head and scalp.
It was first thought that he "fell," and was rendered unconscious when his head hit the deck.
The later reports were that he was unconscious when he hit the deck; having fallen as the result of a "seizure or a stroke."
The hospital spokesman noted that he was admitted with a "head injury resulting from a home accident."
I am sure that the popo will look very carefully at which scenario actually went down.
Something not right.
Folks Who Bite Get Bitten. Folks Who Don't Bite Get Eaten.
Besides a few small events, he took the hits of life very well. Rest in peace Gary Coleman.
Collecting PSA graded Steve Young, Marcus Allen, Bret Saberhagen and 1980s Topps Cards. Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.
I grew up a fan of Different Strokes and always appreciated Gary Coleman's acting skills at such a young age. It's very sad that his health issues hindered his career and personal life. May he now find the peace he deserves.

<< <i>He put up a good fight, but in the end he came up short. >>

Cops need to take a REALLY good look at what happened.
He and his wife were arrested several times for disorderly conduct
and, in January, he was jailed overnight for domestic violence.

The ex-child star's bride - who is 5-feet-5 - was busted after trashing her 4-foot-8 husband's bedroom, police said.
She allegedly greeted cops in her Utah driveway with a profane tirade.
"F--- you and f--- him!" Shannon Price screamed before her arrest Wednesday night.
Price, 23, spent two hours in a county lockup before being released on $1,205 bond.
Police in Santaquin, Utah, were called to the home after Price - who married Coleman in August 2007 - locked her husband out of the house.
Coleman, 41, was not injured, although a police report said "his bedroom was destroyed."
Price was charged with misdemeanor domestic violence and disorderly conduct.
