Is PSA open Memorial Day and do grades POP Saturdays?

My 7-day order was received on the 21st, being that today is day 5 I am just wondering if I can expect a pop tomorrow. If they are closed Memorial Day I am looking at Wed the 2nd.

I would call but their office is closed.
