    We don't believe in curses in Blackhawk land, just the Cubs fans do.

    yeah it probably won't have anything to do with the Hawks playing a mediocre team who previously beat 1 good but struggling team(NJ) who backed into the playoffs and was offensively challenged anyway, and 2 even more woeful offensive teams from a vastly inferior conference.

    * #2 New Jersey – 48-27-7, 103 points, (6th in NHL), but 17-17-6 over their last 40 games
    * #6 Boston – 39-30-13, 91 points, (15th in NHL)
    * #8 Montreal – 39-33-10, 88 points, (18th in NHL)

    or the huge advantage the Hawks have in team speed...or that Philly is trotting out a goalie who was deemed inferior to Manny Legace, and not good enough to backup Cam Ward in Carolina.

    Good god the 'Hawks are screwed. I had no idea Hossa was on their team. They should release him immediately!

    Kind of amazing to think he has been to the Cup for the past three years with three different teams.

    The Bruins MUST sign Hossa. He's not a curse, he's a good luck charm!

    Let's make a play for him in the offseason.
