Is this Legal or is it Copyright Infringement?? Or??? Or just Tacky?? I can see it already being sold as Topps Test that never was printed by the Scammers!!! And there are people who wouldn't know any better.

I agree. Maybe it should be stamped in some sort of way so as there won't be any confusion of it being a real licensed card.

I doubt any action would be taken. Maybe a letter, but
that's about it.
A VeRO report would get it pulled from EBAY, tho.
