Teletrade states, "Attractively Toned" I hope they're right!

I don't see it so much in the image but am hoping, in hand, this one is pretty. Looks almost blemish free. We'll see.

<< <i>Attractive may not be the correct word...
I know. . . I know... but Teletrade also states, "Pleasing surfaces".
That convinced me even if the photo doesn't so much.
We'll see.

I've never known TeleTrade to use 'covered with specks' to describe a coin.
It's always good to focus on positive words!
Here's to hoping it's better in hand.
Maybe they blew it on the picture and you got a great deal on a nice coin?
I think you may be pleasantly surprised about the surface color.....can't tell from the fuzziness of the pic but lower set of bell lines looks better then most.....wouldn't that be sweet !
<< <i>You think it may have some nice Purple? >>
I was going with a pastel yellow or pink, but I like you're thinking.

the coin in the auction and that one is not " Attractively toned "
to me. I got this one tonight that wasn't Tagged with anything
just "Genuine" and I think it's kind a pretty.

I was thinking that the coin would likely have some really glorious pastel tone in hand. After all, we all know that very often TT pix de-emphasize colors.
I was surprised when I actually rec'd. the coin and it was a dud.

<< <i>I hope so, too! Looking forward to the in-hand pix. >>
Thanks, but now I'm a little nervous as bushmaster's 1953-S looks better than mine via the photo but his turned out to be dud.
Either way, I'll have photos when it arrives.
(I also picked up this "beauty", just for fun, as it is my birth year: Teletrade PCGS Cent )

It can not be good for Teletrade if their images are inconsistant with regard to some being more colorful then the pix
.....some being spot on
........and some being less colorful then their pix
That means the bidders have no real idea of what the heck the coin really looks like

It's a keeper, but not the home run knock out I was thinking it had a chance to be.

<< <i>Nothing like the teletrade crapshoot to get your blood pumping. I've had good and bad experiences trying to pick out nice toners on TT. Hope it goes well for you, Pat. >>
I have returned coins with no return fee because the pic was NOWHERE NEAR what the coin looked like in hand.
How are the bell lines?
I have a raw speckled one somewhere in the ol'safe (can't remember the date right now) and as it's rotated under my halogen light the specks actually change colors . . .
Strangest damn thing I've ever seen ! ! !
