    A good place to start is the Second Edition of the Hibler-Kappen book titled So-Called Dollars. It includes a price guide, but use that with caution, as one should with any price guide. Heritage archives are useful for pricing research. And for a fee you can access the online NGC census, which includes SC Dollars.
