Yesterday, my friendly bank teller told me that they had received a deposit of 7 rolls of half dollars the day before. I said, "OK, I'll take a look at them". She went back into the vault and came out with 7 hand rolled rolls. Well, the first roll had a 68 Kennedy and the last roll had a 63 Frankie! That's the first Franklin I have seen in circulation since at least the 70s. Not a great haul, but surprising to me nonetheless!

Point Loma Credit Union in San Marcos, CA. No pics of the rolls, they were just the regular brown colored ones, hand folded on each end. I should also have been more specific about my friendly teller, as in "friendly, extremely cute and lucky" teller!!! She has the magic touch on rolls of halves. I ordered one $500 box last year from her and it had 48 40% and two 90% Kennedys...

Wheaties have been popping up in change all over the place. I saw one last week in the penny cup at the sandwich shop. Checked it for a date, saw it was a VF common, and left it for some other "lucky" guy.
