This is why you don't charge too much for shipping cards...

...it's good karma image

About 400 free bubble mailers here. All I could fit in my Jeep tonight. Picking up the remaining 2,700 tomorrow with the truck.

All free, shipping place went out of business and the owner stopped in the shop to ask if I want them image

Bubble wrap and peanuts enough to fill the truck too, picking them up at the end of the week.

Better karma might be offering the guy with the failed business a few bucks for his merchandise. I understand he approached you, but if it is stuff you need anyway, a few bucks from you as a "thank you" would be a nice gesture.

I throw out an average of 5-10 thirteen gallon bags of packing peanuts a week. Everything I use for my business comes packed tight with that crap. I used to have this lady that ebayed all the time come and get bags of the stuff, now she quit ebay and I have all these peanuts left. The local UPS store sells bags of the stuff for $4-$8 a bag and I can even give it away

Those are some LARGE bubble mailers. May be overkill for single card shipping, even for a slabbed card.

You could always cut them in half and tape them up.

I put my packing peanuts on craigslist and give them away. I always get takers. one lady used them for insulation between her walls.

Try tossing them with a balsamic vinegrette dressing and serving them as a side with a grilled meat dish. DELICIOUS!!
