Stupid DSR Question

I have a 5 on Item as described and 4.9s on the rest. I was just looking at my seller dashboard and it looks like I should have 5s on 2 if not 3 of them. What's the story with that? Not that it really matters but if they count 4.98 as a 5 on 1of them, why not the other?

Item as described 4.98 0.00% (0)
Communication 4.95 0.00% (0)
Shipping time 4.89 0.60% (1)
Shipping and handling charges 4.98 0.00% (0)

Is your seller dashboard showing you the default setting of 3 months? There should be a drop down menu to change it to 12 months, your true DSR values (in ebay's world). That way when they take peoples discounts they are gone for at least a year.

If it's not the 3 month thing, then you're getting screwed.

That's the 12 month rating. i don't think I'm getting screwed, I still qualify for the 20%. Was just wondering why they think 4.98 is a 5 in one category but not another

Stupid (but serious) question but what is the 20% you qualify for?
