If she agrees that it is worth $10,000,000.00 to her, yes, she will buy it. She claims to have the money and I believe her.

I often wonder how much over stated high dollar coin deals are? I know it is common for other business deals to be greatly overstated to the media. What is the purpose of making such private transation amounts public anyway?

In the case of a transaction involving a unique or nearly unique item, a statement of fact about the transaction amount is the best form of promotion by a seller for justifying the base value of other items of similar nature that they may possess.
