Why Will PCGS .....

not let me upgrade my e-mail address to what it has been changed to? AT&T changed it and when I tried to upgrade my profile they said that email address was already taken. Of course it's taken, it belongs to me from my original information. I lost over 1800 posts the first time they did this and now I get an e-mail from PCGS telling me since I have changed my e-mail address they gave me a new password. The site let me sign in tonight on my old password but if I change I will probably lose the 700 + posts I now have. Why is it so difficult or such a problem to upgrand an e-mail address.

Ron

Edited to add: AT&T changed their e-mail from @worldnet.att.net to just @att.net

I've also changed my email address multiple times without losing any posting history.

Get another free email account and use that one, it won't already be "taken".
You might be able to set that email to auto foreward to your other email.
Some email like yahoo will let you set a second name that also goes into your same account.

I too have had email issues with conflicts between the Set Registry, the PCGS Logon (for things like PCGSCoinfacts.com) and the forums.

    Cosetta Robbins fixed it all.

    Thank You Cosetta!
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.
