1890 is one of the better PCGS DMPL dates in the Morgan series, as evidenced by the large price jumps from 63 to 64 and from 64 to 65. The example for sale here is a premium quality MS63 DMPL with strong mirrors and good cameo contrast. There are some contact marks and abrasions on the portrait but they're shallow and not overly distracting to the naked eye. IMHO this is a strong CAC candidate if you're into the sticker thing.
