Release of coin for my registry....

Tried to input a new coin and PCGS says it's already in another registry set. This is not likely
since I made the grade myself. So, obviously a typographical error by the other registry owner
or PCGS. PCGS sent an email to other owner. Now what? I don't know what this process is.
I have the coin and the number I input is correct (even had my wife look at it!)

So, what's next.

Scan (slab) and send to PCGS (Corsetta - crobbins@collectors.com??? - or BJ - bsearls@collectors.com - or the registry general e-mail addy - setregistry@collectors.com) along with a simple explanation of the facts.

You should just be able to email setregistry@collectors.com along with a simple explanation of the facts. I have never had to send a scan with this.

I suspect that would only be the case if the other person claims they actually have the coin.
