    it sure is knocking on the 66 door by golly .......

    it has a light sky blue glow on both sides that reminds me of rasberry cotton candy at the Carnival............

    this one should also be in a PCGS MS66 holder

    it has a nice pink cotton candy color!

    That 60 D i could def see in a 66 holder. Maybe they counted the die break on the bottom of the bust as a contact mark (have had that happen a few times)? My guess this coin is in a 65 holder?

    yes, the 60-D is in a PCGS MS65 holder ;

    freshly graded Franklin's from PCGS are absolute bargains right now -

    their brute tightness in grading them at this moment is reminiscent of the standards they applied when they first began grading !

    The '58-D is a nice looker, BUT that '60-D is one FINE piece of Frankie-ness!!! Congratulations on it! image I'm gonna' guess envelope toning.

    Not sure how the luster is on the '60-d? but it looks rather clean for a 65. Maybe the luster is what's holding it back a point?
