I see a neg in my eBay future

Buyer files a "not received" claim with PayPal last week, but never tried contacting me. Once I got the PayPal notice, I emailed an insurance claim form but buyer claimed it never arrived. Checked the buyer's "Feeback left for others" on eBay and found... this!

Might be time to fire up those eBay BB lists for anybody so inclined.

I got my first negative last week after more than 1500 feedbacks. I have only blocked 1 person and never saw much reason to block anymore. I have sold to ebayers with 0, 1, 2 and less than 10 feedbacks. NO MORE, i am going to be block happy here on out.

It may be a guy, but most of what it buys are gold and silver spandex clubbing dresses, size 8 or smaller.

It appears that if she doesn't have to sign for it she claims she never got it. She apparently doesn't do this for every transaction but never leaves positive feedback for the other transactions.

And her feedback is perfect--certainly a case for seller's withholding feedback.

I'd like to point out that the guy in the OP has never sold anything under this ID. Adds to the intent IMO. Protects himself from retaliation that way.

That's what I told the PayPal rep I talked to today. She pretty much said "That's life".

No, I don't. I'm not a big enough seller to have one. Too bad in this case, that's for sure.

That's what I was thinking. As if outright theft (apparent, anyway) isn't bad enough, what's up with the negs on top of it? Nothing like kicking a guy when he's down and defenseless.

This would be a great time to get the postal service involved in a pretty nice fraud investigation - too bad that the monetary losses wouldn't interest them. Would be nice to put an exploding dye packet in the package - that way everyone will know she not only got the package, but opened it too!!
