HELP Identifying a 1916 or 1917 Standing Liberty Quarter

I am being offered the coin below but without much details to it im wondering if any of the experts here can identify the quarter as a 1916 or 1917

Very hard to see enough detail on that small of a picture, but I'd be inclined to say 1917.

Thanks everyone...for a second i thought i saw a hint of a six but i compared it to several worn samples and this one looks different than a 16
