$500 to Spend. Which Key Card Do You Want?

Recently came into a few extra bucks to spend on cards, and want to pick up one of the key cards in the three sets I'm working on. Which of the following would you want?

1965 Topps Mickey Mantle in PSA 7 or maybe 7.5.
1953 Bowman Pee Wee Reese in PSA 6 or maybe 6.5.
1941 Play Ball Ted Williams in PSA 5 (would probably need to kick in an extra $50 or $100).

    I like the 53 Bowman cards myself.

    that Ted is just another one of his cards and not as iconic. Its also gotten alot softer in the last year or two.

    I really don't know how anyone can say that.

    The 1941 Play Ball Williams is one of Ted's three most important cards, along with the 1939 Play Ball (RC) and the 1954 Bowman. 1941 was the year he hit .406!

    Personally, I"d go for the 1941 Play Ball in an absolute heartbeat!!!!! image

    All three are great - I'd go for the best example of either/best value versus locking in on one.

    I'd go for the Mantle, but only because I'm a fan of the 65's.

    I'd go for the '53 Reese. Just a beautiful, iconic card.

    i would go for the Williams and i am a huge Mantle fan.

    I have owned the 41 PB Williams and its very common in that grade. It has gotten alot softer and lost value in the last few years.

    The 53 Reese if centered and focused is a much harder card to find in that kind of condition and it goes for premiums versus the Ted which I feel will continue to lose value.

    Personally I would rather have a 55 Topps Ted than a 41 PB.

    Thanks for all the replies, guys. If my count is right, Ted is beating Pee Wee by a narrow 8-7 margin, and Mantle got only one vote.

    I wasn't aware of the perception that the 41 Ted is losing value. That probably will tilt me in favor of Reese, because I'm sure it will be at least a couple years before I finish either set, so if the Ted is dropping in value I might as well wait a little while. Even though Mantle didn't get many votes, I would probably pull the trigger if I found a good deal. Despite the size of the set, the Mantle is the only card that really puts a dent in the pocketbook at PSA 7. (Heck, the only card that goes for more than $300 in PSA 8 is the Rose.) It would be nice to have that one under my belt.

    The best time to buy is when a card is going down in price. The ted is a steal at 575.00 how can it go any lower?

    I would go with Reese, it's by far a prettier card and I think it'll hold strong in a nice grade.

    I vote for the Reese (but Teddy Ballgame is a close 2nd).
