Filthy gold. Guess the grade?

The pics just don't do the dirt justice. It's much dirtier in person. What's yer guess?

(center wing scuff on reverse is on the slab).

I was going to say XF40, closed 3. The closed 3 variety is about 40x's less available than the very common open 3 variety for the Philly issue.

35 seems a little conservative- my first thought was 45

I was thinking 40/45. That coin gets the PigPen dirty gold sticker:

Yeah Weiss, you done quite OK. at the rarity to melt value, you scored a 10 out of 10~!

Thanks, guys. I usually try to buy at just a smidge over melt. But it sure seemed conservative. My dealer bought it while I was standing there. He didn't even get a chance to consider price before offering it to me at cost plus $50.
