1888 French Indo China Unknown & 1853 Belgian Medal Unidentified - Help

I've been unable to identify these two pieces or assign a probable value to them. I'd appreciate some help.

The 1888 French Indo Chinese piece has good red showing and uncirculated details.
The 1853 Belgian medal shows almost no rim wear but for one drop and, besides some bagmark-like dings on the effigies, is in beautiful condition.

The piece from French Indo-China is a sepeque. The mintage for the 1888A is 5,000,000 xf/$16, unc/$45. That is from the 4th edition Krause.

The second "medal" is listed as a 10 Centimes piece in the back of the Belgium section of Krause under "Medallic Issues" as M5.1 or M5.2. It celebrates the marriage of the Duke and Dutchess of Brabant. I have one of these also.

It comes in large and small date varieties (no idea which you have) but the values listed for the 2 are only different in XF and UNC. The value given in my older Krause is $5/F, $20/VF though the VF price may be optimistic.
