Anyone ever heard of WCG as a grading company??

I havent. Sounds like someone made up their own grading company and slabbed their own coins. Any feedback would be great!

    Run, Forrest, RUN!!!

Treat any 'certified' coin not from PCGS, NGC, or ANACS (possibly DGS and ICG) as raw. The only grading company where MS-70 carries a true MS-70 premium is PCGS.

    WCG I've heard of.
    NAC I haven't.
    When in doubt, don't.

Coins in third world slabs should be treated as if they were raw.

WCG is listed on page 283 of Condors 2003 book. It is listed as a sportscard grading company. I did do some colorized quarters. Stay away.

    NAC is not listed

It's the World Coin Grading co., and it's a so-called TPG that a coin dealer - I think in the Southeast area - created. Coins are way overgraded... don't see them much, but used to be on Ebay all the time... recent as 6-9 months back,

There is only one grading company (OK, two).
