Another Specimen set commentary: 1937 George V1

I got the set for a decent price from the recent Heritage auction.
The coins were still in their original case and had a sheet of plexiglass screwed down over the coins which
I haven't decided yet was good, bad or indifferent.
As I more or less expected, of the 15 coins in the set only 4, or 5 at most, are going to be worth submitting to PCGS.
2 are, I think exceptional and what I was hoping more of them would be like.
No real cameos but some very nice toning--in both cases more from the satin side of the case that the
side of the coin than the side that was facing the plexiglass.
I'm only posting a couple since they stood out, to me at least. Later on I may post one or two more if
they have merit.
###By the way.......anyone have experience dipping proof coins? I'm done it with acetone on PL coins with mixed results;
but never on a proof.
I ask because most of the coins don't seem to have really bad spotting, just a crusty gray film over the surface.
In some cases you can see some color to the film on tilt, but with others it's pretty dull and lifeless.
So any comments in that area would be appreciated.
Here are the shilling and the farthing from the set....
