Wanting to buy NGC certified kilo silver coins graded at least 69. Country doesn't matter. If the finesse is not stamped, I prefer it to have a COA. Also prefer it to be .999 or .9999 fine. Let me know what you have. (Yes, I looked on Ebay but the prices are outrageous) Thanks.
