Something new to get hooked on!

After the latest Heritage auction, I decided to look for the book, Bolivian Proclamation Coinage by LTC Davis Burnett Jr. That was an experience all to itself but, considering that I'm OCD with a type A personality, I found a new copy of this REALLY TOUGH book in a very short period of time. As I'm learning more and more about Bolivian history, I'm getting more intrigued by this series. Now, I'll have to find more shekels in order to begin a serious, high grade (where available) collection of this fascinating area. Oh well!

Great coin Gary! I can see why you like these. I really like the design, although quite simplistic you can see and appreciate the fact it was done by hand.
