There aren't any officially issued porcelain coins - all the ones you see around the place are notgeld. As far as I know, none of the TPGs will grade notgeld coins, of any composition.

Not really, I have 2 notgeld graded by PCGS, one was a 1915 French Comoros and the other was a 1915 Algeria. Both coins are listed in Krause World Coins in the Token Coinage section.

CoinKat is right, call them up to make sure image

I thought some of the Westfalia notgeld has been graded in the 1921-23 time frame- I guess I need to follow my own advise and call
