BIN/BO

Alright, I know it's only pennies but just had this happen. An auction for a card for BIN of $3.99 or best offer. I offered $3.00 and they declined. Just wonder why they even have the BO option instead of just starting a regular auction at $3.99??

Check to make sure the item didn't sell. I've gotten rejection notices before, due to someone hitting the BIN, or the seller accepting a better offer.

Could also be a listinig accident. Sometimes when I was selling on ebay and would list about 30 items at once, I would use a template for one item and not change some of the stuff on the next item, hence a baseball card listed in the football section. Could be the seller never meant to have BO on the item, I mean honestly if someone cannot afford the $3.99, what kind of discount would they be wanting in the first place
IT IS ALWAYS CHEAPER TO NOT SELL ON EBAY

Or the seller is just a moron who completely misses the point of offering an item with BIN/BO. There is no shortage of those folks out there.

Some sellers are just jackasses.............they want $3.75 for it? Who knows.....................is it cheaper to list it that way?
