PSA Registry Special question

I am thinking about sending in about 20 cards for the $6 registry special. I also have about 20 reviews that i'd like to send in. Can I send them together? Do they actually care if I put them all in one submission? It seems easier (and cheaper) but I don't know if they'd allow it. What would be the cheapest way to send in these 40 cards?

You can send them all in one box but the different service levels must be on different forms and each will require it's own return shipping.
