Bust Half Attibution Opinions Please...

I bought a group today. And maybe I'm tired, but I just can't nail this one down. It looks to me like an O-111, except I can't see any trace of a diecrack at the base of the date, which , according to Peterson, exists on "all specimens seen."

Opinions appreciated from those of you that know Busties way better than I.

I'm no expert, but it does seem to have all the 111 requirements except for the date crack. Perhaps this was pre-crack?
