Got an EOT on a card I know is not trimmed, who can I email to take a second look?... Updated

I think min size means a card can't be smaller than the size that Topps wanted it to be. (Even if Topps cut it small)
Cards can be over sized but not under sized.
And fwiw some people can tell by looking at the edges if a card was trimmed OTW (Scott) comes to mind.
I have no idea if this specific card was trimmed or not.
