Gosh coinsarefun I've seen 64s looking a lot worse than that! The luster grazes on the obverse are in all the right places and they're minimal. Throw in that toning and in all fairness this should go an easy 64. The grazes on the nose, cheek and neck are a little heavy to go 65. Nice one!

I think it's ms64 but knowing my luck
and as mentioned the huge price jump
it will receive a 63.
