He sounds so confident and sure about everything he says, like he's the highest authority.

So how is he employed not only by ESPN....but also the NFL network, and NBC?

I have to agree...the segment when he was talking about Dez Bryant was a waste...who cares what Matt Millen thinks about something that the Miami GM said...and what Millen said was a bunch of nonsense........it's like here in the Cleveland area when they bring in Sam Rutigliano for comments about football "stuff", he was coach when I was a kid, like a million years ago...

I couldn't believe they hired someone as an analyst when they were such a horrible judge of talent while a GM.
