The sale looked fairly busy, from the HA live site( and a lot of new information and access--congrats Heritage on putting together a fab live auction venue).

1798 Early dollar pted 9, close date in AU 58. R4, and the price was really reasonable.

The big coin I was looking to buy was the 1807 bust half O.114, MS 65, pop 1. My bid was more than a 100 grand short. I think I will go to Italy as a nice alternative.

Nice acquisition... however, I think the trip to Italy will be far more pleasing (except, of course, you cannot resell it at a profit ). Cheers, RickO
