My Widget Budget Unfocussed Box-O-Twenty

I put together some pics of coins I have into a single file and resized them all the same. By no means all my coins but a pretty good sampling to show you what happens when you have no focus and limited funds image

anyone who criticizes that group and your selection process should be told what to pound and where to pound it.

Why would someone criticize that cool group of coins?

Other than it being a little light on the gold content of course? image

    It's an interesting assortment.

    Okay...critic enable...
Could you please put the 1853 no-arrows half dime next to the 1853 arrows half dime?
And maybe the two silver 1818 bust coins should go side by side.
Maybe rotate that 1962 quarter a bit...
Get that jefferson spouse coin centered in it's capsule...
Gotta have better focus on the reverse of the 1818 cent
    Sell me your wieners.

But other than that, who would dare criticize this collection?!?

So, what am I pounding, then?

Nice mix. I would much rather look through a box like this then one with all the same series in

Another acceptable word for unfocused is type collector!

Nice group of coins and SCD's!

What grade (NGC) is your 1892 Liberty Head SCD? They are one of my favorites.

Would it make sense to put them in either denominational order (US and then foreign)?

As of this point, my recommendation for POTY.

Wow . . a simply fun set of coins with each one a blast in its own right.

I'm going back to look some more . . .

What a great group of coins! Nothing wrong with unfocussed; you pick up a lot more cool stuff that way!

Thanks all for the nice comments. I got delayed in responding because I was watching my "Spurs"..... YEAH!!!!

The Franklin came from Forum Member LeeG and it's really nice in an OGH 66. (if I remember right)

The aluminum Liberty SCD that Oreville asked about is in an NGC PF66.

On the "gold front" I also have the 3 coin AGE anniversary set I forgot to post but they all kind of look the same anyway.

Oh... that Holey foreign piece was given to me by another forum member here Hyperion and it's my oldest piece and quite neat looking.

I just realized I like to double space.... I don't know why... maybe I'm related to Bear (I'm not).
Anyway thanks again and I appreciate all the knowledge shared by so many of you here.
