Upper Deck Customer Service...Anyone know a number that they don't put you on hold for eternity?

I have a couple of redemptions that are 18+ months old. Time to cash out and take my chances.
One is a '07 SP Authentic Quad Chriography Auto /5 - Clemens, Hughes/Igawa/Jeter
The other is an '08 UD Icons Ed O'Neill Letterman Auto (Al Bundy!!)
Thanks.

When is the expiration date on that quad auto? Upper Deck probably won't let you redeem it especially since they are going down the tube.

Finally got through. They are still waiting on the Igawa auto and doubt that he will sign. The customer service rep wasn't real sure that Ed O'Neill was going to sign either. He keeps rejecting the picture that they are trying to use on the card or something like that.
Needless to say, I said, just send me something. I told them to send me something baseball...I suggested McGwire
The quad auto "books" for $500 in Beckett and Upper Deck will supposedly swap these cards out for "like value".
Any ventures to guess how good or bad the stuff that shows up in a couple of weeks will be?

I told them to surprise me...that may have been a mistake!

<< <i>Does anyone think they will produce a set next year or even a series 2 for this year. I hear different stories that Series 1 of 2010 is their last set and another that they will produce more but without any team logos showing. >>
I believe they agreed to not produce any baseball-related sportscard products at all in their settlement agreement with Topps.
