This is just a WAG, but do you think these "Genuine" inserts come in two parts where one half gets put into the plastic holder and the other half gets kept by PCGS? If so, then perhaps the half kept by PCGS has the problem noted on the paper and the wrong paper was inserted into this slab?

Regardless, the cert number should be in the database.
I think there is more occuring here than what meets the eye.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.
I have a peace dollar that has ...genuine not gradable....on the back. The front has PCGS Genuine. Why is the genuine not gradable on the back..Also there is no # referring to the no grade?

The slab looks real to me. I think TomB might be right...

<< <i>Back when PCGS began the GEN. Service (and charged $100. Per coin) I believe some received this type of detailed insert. >>
At that time, PCGS didn't code the Genuine coins, they would have GN where 92 is on the serial number.

Oh shoot, you're right.
PCGS will list some issues such as filed rims on the insert...
