1855 -C $2.5 gold piece error??

Just saw this on ebay. If I were a rich man. I would buy it just for the 5's

    I have also always liked the italicized 5's. You can get them with a less expensive Philly piece.

    All of Charlotte's date logos of the 1850s carried the italicized "5", with the exception of the 1856 Half Eagle (the 1856 QE's 5 IS italicized) and all other dates produced from 1857 to 1859. The degree varies somewhat (the 1850 HE and 1857 $1 dates show only slightly italicized 5's, whereas the 1855 dates (all 3 denoms) are highly italicized. So they went from this:
