how much does the back of the card affect the grade

i just subbed a few panini cards from the 60's.. the backs are really off centered. could these come back "miscut" or get a OC qualifier because of the back?

Although PSA is sometimes inconsistent with back centering, it absolutely can result in a card receiving a qualified grade.
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.

I agree... I had cards with 50/50 fronts and 90/10 backs come back OC.
Trying to climb the 1954-55 Topps Hockey ladder for the second time.
