Anyone know the "rest of the story" to this group of East Africa coins?

Here's a group of truly scarce coins in MS64 to 65 (including the shilling, which wasn't released for circulation that year). I'm wondering if they were part of an old collection.
They also had some high grade scarce George V Cyprus silver. Is there an emoticon for drooling?
