RE-reviewing?

Does anybody know if PSA keeps track of the cards sent in for reviews? There are some cards I sent in that did not get bumped that I'd like to try again, wondering if anyone has tried this and to what kind of success rate.
From what I can tell, 707 is the DOLLAR STORE compared to deans_cards. For what that guy charges, if I ever bought anything from him I would expect it to be delivered to me in a frickin' limo.

    I do not think that they keep track of the serial numbers.

    That said -- sometimes the graders will put stickies or point out why a card did not bump.

    Depending on the value of the card -- it may be worth another review.
    I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
