Can Anyone Help With Plastic Pages for Phone Cards?

I know these top loader sheets were available when Phone Cards were popular in the mid 1990's (held 8 cards)...I need about 3 or 4 of these pages and was wondering if anyone could help or point me in the right direction? Thanks, IMF
