*Pack bidder alert* 1968 Topps baseball rack pack w/Carew on top: is it legit or counterfeit?

Currently on ebay there is a 1968 Topps baseball rack pack with Carew on top. For comparison sake let me first show a picture of an authentic 1968 rack from The Baseball Card Exchange website:

Take a close look at the three vertical folding seams on Steve's above rack. You will see that all three seams are very wide. They are so wide in fact that there is virtually no space between the edges of the cards and the three folding seams.
Now take a look at the width of the three vertical folding seams on the '68 Carew rack for sale on ebay. I chose a picture of the back of this rack because it better showed the width of the seams:

You can clearly see that the three vertical folding seams are MUCH narrower than those on Steve's authentic rack. Notice that the seams are thin whereby leaving obvious space between the edges of the cards and the folding seams. You can also see that on this Carew rack only the two outside (non-folding) seams are wide whereas on an authentic '68 rack ALL five vertical seams will be very wide. Fortunately the seller gave us a close up of the Carew card and in the below picture you can clearly see that both vertical seams adjacent to the Carew card are of the (single-wide) variety which was used by Topps beginning in the mid-70's and (not) 1968!

So is the '68 Carew rack currently on ebay legit or counterfeit? I'll let you draw your own conclusions......

Steve also recommended being especially careful of 1974 and older racks with stars showing.
