Anyone think this 1932 US Caramel Joe Cronin is real?

The wear proves its authentic. A reprint can not be worn like that even if there was reprints of this set.
*Besides the Ruth*, the R328 cards are not known as reprints, at least Ive not seen them around. Only ones would be homemade.
Its authentic.

I have had several cards from that set and that one is definetely real.

I'm not an expert with the set, the one thing that makes me hesitant is how uniform the white is around the card (at the edges).
Maybe compare it to photos in old mastro or robert edward auction catalogs. And maybe see a scan of the back.
